Laramie Eckerdt, NASM-CPT, USAW-1

With 13 years of experience in the fitness industry as both an athlete and coach, I’ve had the opportunity to help people of all ages and backgrounds build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles.

I began my career as a CrossFit coach, primarily leading group classes, where I discovered my passion for helping people learn to move well and grow stronger. Over time, my focus shifted from competing in CrossFit to competing in Olympic Weightlifting, while also coaching athletes on our team and supporting them in reaching their goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including independent living facilities where I served as a wellness coach for residents. Most recently, I worked with women at Vie Athletics as a strength coach and barbell specialist.

I’m now excited to bring my experience and passion for fitness to One to One as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Helping people become stronger, move better, and feel empowered through fitness is incredibly rewarding to me, and I’m grateful to continue doing what I love every day.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Arizona State University. I also hold my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and USAW Level 1 certification in Olympic Weightlifting coaching.

Outside of coaching, my husband and I stay busy with our two teenage daughters, our dog, and two cats. Whether we’re tackling house renovations, paddle boarding, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing around a campfire, we love spending time together as a family.
