Program Details

  • Format: This is not your typical group fitness class - this program is designed to be a self-paced, preprogrammed workout in an open gym setting with other like-minded go-getters! The workouts are also housed in an app, TrainHeroic, to provide exercise demos, track your progress, and build accountability. One of our doctors of physical therapy will be available for questions about technique, training principles, or other holistic health topics.

  • Frequency: Up to three times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

  • Duration: Workouts are designed to take between 30-45 minutes.

  • Time: Drop in from 5-6:30AM Tuesday/Thursday, 5-9:30AM Saturday.

  • Location: One to One Physical Therapy

  • Price: $130/month

  • Focus Areas: Exercising for Longevity, Strength Training, Aerobic Fitness, Dietary Considerations, Holistic Wellness
