Program Details

You’ll follow a personalized strength program in a small group, with a PT there coaching and adjusting things for you.

  • Frequency: Up to three times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

  • Duration: Workouts are programmed to take ~45 minutes.

  • Time:

    • Tues/Thurs: 5-7AM drop in window

    • Sat: 6:30-9:00AM drop in window

  • Location: One to One Physical Therapy

  • Pricing:

    • $140/mo

    • Programming access via app: $50/mo

  • Focus Areas: Adding lean mass, building functional strength & power, improving bone density via plyometrics and impact-oriented exercise, addressing aerobic fitness through sprint intervals & HIIT style circuits
