Program Details
You’ll follow a personalized strength program in a small group, with a PT there coaching and adjusting things for you.
Frequency: Up to three times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Duration: Workouts are programmed to take ~45 minutes.
Time:
Tues/Thurs: 5-7AM drop in window
Sat: 6:30-9:00AM drop in window
Location: One to One Physical Therapy

Programming access via app: $50/mo
Focus Areas: Adding lean mass, building functional strength & power, improving bone density via plyometrics and impact-oriented exercise, addressing aerobic fitness through sprint intervals & HIIT style circuits
