“This is the best kept secret in Tacoma! They not only helped me learn to walk again after an extremely bad ankle break, they made me stronger than I was before my injury (the only time I can say that after physical therapy). They create an inviting and supportive atmosphere that makes you want to work hard to heal. After my PT was done, I joined the strength club, which has again, changed my life! The workouts are crafted by the PTs and they are with you while you workout, which means that this is the first time I’ve been taught to exercise by professionals. These doctors actually heal you but they are so chill, you forget they all have doctorates! I feel lucky to have discovered this gem!”

“The staff at One To One worked with me for over a year to overcome some chronic tendinitis in my left shoulder and left wrist. They really thought outside the box with different treatment options to help me get back to strength training, playing guitar and even learning to surf - all things I would not have been able to do without them. I enjoyed the experience so much that I joined their morning movers program a couple times a week, seeing everyone was the best part of my morning routine until our family moved out of state. They’re a great group of personalities and very helpful professionals!”

“I started seeing Wynne for pelvic floor work after having my baby, & I can feel myself getting stronger again. She’s helped me reconnect with my body in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, & truly listens to her patients.

Everyone in the office is so kind, welcoming, & encouraging. It’s such a safe, positive space to heal. I’m very grateful for their care!”

“This place has provided an incredible experience for my wife who has dealt with pelvic pain for a long time. She has worked with Wynne for all her sessions who has been nothing short of amazing. She is so authentic and knowledgeable in caring for her patients. My wife has never felt so validated and well cared for. She has seen improvements from the first session and every one since then. Each time she leaves with new information and tools to continue to reinforce her results at home. We have already recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so. Very thankful for the kind staff (including Scout, the friendly office pup).”

“I have felt so lucky to find One to One PT! I saw Nolan for PT for a few months, and he is the first therapist I’ve ever worked with to take my hyper flexibility into consideration as we worked to strengthen my knee and hip.

I continue to go to One to One for the Morning Movers strength training class 3 days/week. I encourage anyone looking for a supportive and inclusive space to work out to check them out!”

“I had a GREAT experience at One To One. Go see Matt Stoner if you are a climber! He tailored my PT to climbing specific exercises and goals. I went from having chronic shoulder pain that kept me from climbing at all to being back on the wall 2-3 times per week. Thank you!”
